Social Contribution: Combatting Bullying Through Digital Animation for 2nd Grade Students at SD Lab Undiksha
What Is A Social Contribution ?
Social contribution refers to the efforts or contributions made by individuals, groups, or organizations to create a positive impact on society or the surrounding environment. This can encompass various activities such as humanitarian aid, education programs, fundraising, awareness campaigns, environmental conservation, or other social initiatives aimed at enhancing social welfare and the environment
Through socialization activities conducted with second-grade students at SD Lab Undiksha, we focused on raising awareness about bullying using digital media, particularly animated content. The main objective was to deepen their understanding of bullying, its negative impacts, and the significance of respecting and supporting one another within the school environment.
Utilizing animated technology, we presented various scenarios that children might encounter daily and demonstrated how to address them wisely. Key messages emphasizing the importance of respecting differences, helping others, and refraining from bullying peers were delivered in an engaging and understandable manner for the children.
This initiative aimed to foster a safe, inclusive, and trust-filled school environment among students. It is hoped that through the insights gained from these socialization activities, children can become agents of change, promoting positive attitudes, and contributing to the creation of a better learning environment for all.
